Short tasks for each day
What is in the Reboot Daily Routine?
The Daily Routine is the list of tasks on the Reboot home screen that you do each day, under the header "Your Daily Routine".
Reboot gives you structure, so you do not depend only on willpower. Each day, the app shows a short list of tasks. You do them, check in and see your progress grow. Most sessions take only a few minutes.
With the free plan, your routine has two main tasks: the Daily Check-In and your daily motivation. With Reboot Plus, you also get the Reboot Program, which adds Morning Practice and Reboot Exercises.

Morning Practice and Reboot Exercises
Morning Practice is a set of tasks that you do in the morning to start the day well. Reboot Exercises are tasks that you can do at any time of the day. The tasks change each day.
Tasks include Meditation, Breathing Practice (box breathing), Visualization, Positive Affirmation and Kegel Exercise. For meditation and visualization, you set a timer and choose background music: Rainforest, Island Waves, Rain Sounds or only an ending bell.
Writing tasks
Some tasks ask you to write. Goal Setting asks for your goals for the next seven days. Fear Setting asks what the worst thing in the next seven days could be, and how you can stop it or repair it. Gratitude Journal asks for 3 things you are grateful for.
Other writing tasks are Day Rehearsal, Daily Design, Reflection Question and Review Manifesto. In Day Rehearsal, you write how you will manage the temptations that can come later today. Each text that you write goes into your Journal.
Stars and levels
Each task that you complete in the Daily Routine earns stars. Stars move you from one Reboot Level to the next. A morning notification can remind you to start your Morning Practice. You set it in Settings under Notifications.
