Charts from your check-ins
What do Reboot Trends show you?
Trends is the Reboot screen that shows charts made from your daily check-ins.
Each check-in shows you a part of a pattern. The Trends screen puts these parts together. It can help you see when setbacks happen, what triggers you most and how mood and sleep change.
Trends uses the data from the upgraded Daily Check-In. Trends and the upgraded check-in come with Reboot Plus. Your trends update immediately after each check-in.

What the charts show
There are separate tabs for pornography and masturbation. "Your Victories" shows victories per month. "Your Setbacks" shows on which days of the week and at which time of day your setbacks happen: morning, afternoon, evening or night.
"Your Temptations" shows your temptation levels. Each level has a weight from 0 to 3, so a high temptation counts more than a low one. "Your Triggers" shows your top triggers. A "Current vs Average Week" chart compares this week with a usual week.
Mood, sleep and power moves
The "Mood & Sleep" tab shows your mood and your sleep quality over time. The "Power Moves" tab shows your workouts, meditations, readings and cold showers per month.
To see the value of a bar, tap the bar. On a narrow bar, tap with more care.
Weekly report and calendar
Each week, Reboot gives you a performance report. It shows your Mood Score, Sleep Score, Time Saved and No Triggers. It also shows your workouts, cold showers, meditation and reading for the week. The day before, the home screen shows "Tomorrow: This Week's Performance Report".
The calendar shows each day as a victory or a setback, for pornography and for masturbation. You can open it from "Edit Check-In" to change a past day.
Frequently Asked Questions
When are my trends updated?
Your trends update immediately after you check in.
Do I need Reboot Plus for Trends?
Yes. Trends uses the data from the upgraded check-in, and both come with Reboot Plus.
Why are my temptations weighted?
In the upgraded check-in, you give each temptation a level. The level has a weight of 0, 1, 2 or 3, and it adds to the temptation score for that day.
